On Friday had the chance to see the England capital from above by trying "London Eye". It's an amazing construction, right at the heart of the city, that offers a tremendous view over The Thames and The Houses of Parliament.
At night met one class mate from high school who I had not seen for about 10 years. She spent the past 7 years studying for a bachelor degree in Japan. Wow! Respect! After that we joined a "thanks giving dinner" organized by some American students. I didn't know this is such an important event for the North American people. I could hear the story of Pilgrims and the Indians.

Good night ladies and gentlemen.

Love your pics from the Eye. Especially London bridge and the night shots. Don't think I could go up in the Eye - too scared of heights. Bet the Egyptian show was fantastic.
"London Eye" is moving very slowly, nothing scary in it. The view is really beautiful. To be honest, I expected more from the Egyptian exhibition - to see the mask and the mummy ... stupid me, didn't know they don't move them from Egypt. Nevertheless, being a few meters away from those ancient artifacts is a special feeling.
I really enjoyed your photos. Perhaps I could go up in the Eye if it moves that slowly.
Ancient art has to be great to see. We really enjoyed visiting the museums while we were in Florence.
